आयुर्वेद के अनुसार जानें, kaise, kab और kya खाना चाहिए !

Kya aap jante hain ki Ayurveda ke hisaab se aapko kaise, kab aur kya khana chahiye? Ayurvedic ke bahut purani viddya hai jismein bhojan ki bahut importance hai. Iss viddya ke anusaar, humare body ke rogo ki shuruat hamare khaane-peene se hoti hai. Isi liye, sahi aahar lena bahut jaruri hai. Iss chote se blog ke madhiyam se hum aapko bataayenge ki Ayurveda ke anusaar aapko kaise, kab aur kya khana chahiye.


Ab hum iss blog ke brief mein dekhenge. Iss blog mein hum Ayurvedic ke anusaar aahar ke baare mein baat karenge. Aap jaanenge ki aapko kis tarah ka bhojan lena chahiye, subah ka nashta kya hona chahiye, raat ka khana kaisa hona chahiye aur kaun se bhojan se kis rog se bacha ja sakta hai. Iss blog ko padhkar aapko sahi aur swasth aahar lene mein help milegi.

आयुर्वेद के अनुसार खाना Kaise खाएं?

Ayurveda ke anusaar, apako khaane kaa sahi ḍhang bahut mahatvapurṇ hota hai. Yahaan kuch ayurvedic tips hain jo apako healthy rehne mein madad karenge:


  • Bhojan ka vakt yeh nirdhaarit karen or use bina kisi deri ke khaayen.
  • Khana khane se Pahale paani piyen. Is se peṭ mein bhojan ko paachane men madad milti hai.
  • Khana dheere-dheere khaaen or achchhi tarah chabakar khaaen.
  • Svasth khaane ke liye bhojan mein sabhi vitamins ko shaamil karen, jaise ki fruits, sabjiyaan, anaaj aadi.
  • Oily or ruka huaa khanaa naa khaaen.
  • Apane bhojan mein jira, sonph, haldi, adarak, lahasun jaise adhikatar masaale shaamil karen.


भोजन को Kaise खाना चाहिए।

Aj kal ki bhaag dur waali zindagi me logo ke paas khaane ka samay bahut kam hota hai or woh apna bhojan bussy hone karan jaldi me khaate hai. Balki Apko khaane ko hamesha Acchhi tarah chaba-chaba kar khaana chahiye. Esa karne se apke body me jobhi padarth achchi tarah se paachan hote hain or shareer mein urjaa ke srot ke roop mein upyog kiye jaate hain. 

Agar aap khaane ko jaldi-jaldi khaate hain, to aapaka paachan tantr bahut mehanat karta hai jo aapake shareer ke liye zayada harmfull ( nuksaandayak ) ho sakta hai. Is liye apne bhojan ko dheere-dheere chabaakar khaaen taaki aapake shareer men upyogi tatvon ( elements ) ka sahi maatra mein avshoshan ( Absorption ) ho sake.


भोजन करते समय पानी Kiyo नहीं पीना चाहिए 

Aksar bachche jab khanaa khate time pani pite hain to unhen rok diyaa jaataa hai ki khaate vakt pani nahin pite hain. Bhaut logo kehte hai ki khaane ke saath paani pine se body mein toxins jamaa ho jaate hain, jo kai trah ki bimaariyon ko bulava de sakate hain. 

lekin kyaa khaane ke dowraan panii pina sehat par buraa asar ḍaalta hai? Agar aapake man mein bhi is baat ko lekar koi confusion hai, to yeh reporṭ padhane ke baad jarur dur ho jaaegi. 

Health experṭ ne bataaya hai ki, khaane ke vakt pani pine se sehat ko koi nukasaan nahin pahunchata balki sabhi ko khaate samay paani jaruur piinaa chaahie. But Bahut zayada nahi pina chahiye. kaane ke kareeb 1 hour ke baad paani pina chahiye. Is se khaana jaldi digest ho jaata hai.


जमीन पर बैठकर खाना खाने के Fayde !

Ayurvedic shastron ki maane to jab aap sidhe zameen  par beṭh kar khaana khaate hain, to body sidhe hi dharti ke sampark mein aati hai or zameen ki tarangen peron ki fingur se hokar pure body men fail jaati hain. 

Ye tarangen body ko positive urjaa pradaan karti hai. in tarangon ki gati se garm urjaa peda hoti hai. Yah shakti pṛithvi se nikal kar body men pravesh karati hai or sharir ko bhi urjaavaan banaane men madad karati hai. 

Ayurvedic shaastron kii maane to sharir ko urjaa pradaan karane vaali ye tarangen kai tarah ki urjaaon ko jodakar sharir men ek saath pravesh karati hain or kai bimariyon se bachati hain. 

Ek maanta ke anusaar jab vyakti zameen par baiṭh kar bhojan karta hai to woh sukhi jeevan paata hai. Yahi nahin peeṭh kaa nichala hissa matalab peṭ ke aas paas ki maans peshiyon men bhi khichaav aataa hai or peṭ ki sabhi bimaariyon se rahat milati hai.


भोजन के बाद एक जगह बैठे न रहें

Bahut logon ka savaal hota hai ki kya khanaa khane ke baad turant walk karana sahi hai? khana khane ke baad hame kitani der tak walk karni chahie? khanaa khane ke baad walk karane se kya fayda hote hain? 

Ek study mein scientist ne paya hai ki bhojan khaane ke baad 15 minṭ ki sair karane se body mein blood pressure or sugar ka leval normal ho sakata hai. Agar aap, 5 minṭ bhi pedal chal kar bhi aap iska benifits le sakte hain. Haan yeh yaad rakhna hota hai ki khaana khaane ke turant walk pe nahi jaana chahiye, 3 ya 4 mint ka farak rakhe.


समय से करें Dinner

Raat ke samay khaana khaane men kuch savadhaniyan vartne ki zarurat hoti hai. Raat ke vakt mein kuch aisa khaaya jaana chaahiye jo aasaanii se pach jaae or halkaa-phulkaa ho. dekha jaaye to, raat ke vakt digest system din ke mukabale dheere kaam karta hai. 

Apko dinner ko 6pm se 8pm tak karna hota hai. Is samay me apko hone waali badhajmi, or pet se judi bimaari se bacha ja sakta hai. Yeh samay aapke liye bahut uttam samay hai.

Jis vajah se raat ko khaane pachane mein vakt lagta hai or heavy khana paachan se judi bimaari khadi karta hai. Is liye sehat ke liye ḍinnar ke vakt apani thali ko lagate vakt kuchh chijon kaa dhyaan rakhana zaruri hota hai. 

Toh chalie jaante hain ki raat ke samay aap kin chijon ko khaa sakate hain, or kin cheejo ko nahi, taaki aapako paachan sambandhi koi bhi samasya na ho.

Raat ka dinner hamesha halka-phulka hona chahiye, taaki woh aasani se pach sake. Raat ke khaane mein desi gaaye kaa ghee shaamil karnaa bhi bahut faydemand hota hai. Is se khana bhi jaldi pachata hai or neend bhi acchhi aati hai. 

Dinar mein aap daalon ka upyog kar sakte hai, iske saath hi ap moong-masoor ki daal or chapati, daalon kaa soop, vegitables salaad or daliyaa banakar khaa sakate hain. 

Yeh ek aisi ḍish hain, jo aasanii se pach jaati hai, saath hi sehat ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hoti hai. Isake saath hi aap salaad or mix vegitable ke saath chapatiyan bhi khaa sakate hain.

Ayurveda ka yeh tips follow kare or jeevan me savasth ( Healthy ) rah sakte hai.
